The Kevin Ryan trained VOLTERRA claimed the 345th £20,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus with a convincing victory at Redcar for owner Sheikh Mohammed Obaid Al Maktoum. The son of FARHH is a half-brother to Listed winner and Group 1 Cheveley Park Stakes fourth GUILDED and is out of an EQUIANO granddaughter of top class racemare and producer BIANCA NERA. He was purchased for 400,000 guineas by Kevin Ryan at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale from the draft of Cooneen Stud.
