The third £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus of the afternoon was won by the William Haggas trained CAIRDEAS in a hot Novice Stakes at Newmarket for owner Trailer Resources Ltd. The SERGEI PROKOFIEV colt is out of the Listed winner AVENGERS QUEEN, a half-sister to the Group 2 Sandy Lane Stakes winning young sire EL CABALLO, and was purchased for 60,000 guineas by Hurworth Bloodstock at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale from Chasemore Farm, who had previously bought him at the Tattersalls December Foal Sale from Whitsbury Manor Stud.
