Chriselliam Another Group 1 Winning Tattersalls October Yearling

Tattersalls sold two-year-olds continued their 2013 run of success as the Charlie Hills-trained CHRISELLIAM belied her extravagant odds with an impressive win in the Group 1 Shadwell Fillies' Mile. Purchased for 40,000 guineas by bloodstock agent Alastair Donald of SackvilleDonald, CHRISELLIAM led home a Tattersalls October 1 - 2 with 50,000 guineas Group 1 winner RIZEENA finishing second.

Trained by Charlie Hills for owners Willie Carson, Chris Wright and Emily Asprey, CHRISELLIAM came from last to first under jockey Richard Hughes prompting her trainer to suggest next year's 1,000 Guineas as the logical target for next spring.

Runner up RIZEENA has her ROCK OF GIBRALTAR half-brother catalogued as lot 794 in Book 2 of the October Yearling Sale coming from Round Hill Stud. There are 14 yearlings by IFFRAAJ in October Book 1 and a further 28 in Book 2.
