Cristal Fizz wins 'Book 1 Bonus' and Earns £38,969

The William Haggas-trained CRISTAL FIZZ won the Dark Horse Maiden Auction Stakes at Ascot in a striking debut this afternoon, becoming the 24th winner of a Tattersalls October £25,000 Book 1 Bonus.  The first time out maiden winner earned a total of £38,969 for her owners Roberts, Green, Whittall-Williams and Savidge; a figure just short of her Book 1 purchase price of 45,000 guineas.

Jill Lamb Bloodstock bought the daughter of Coolmore Stud’s first season sire POWER from the consignment of Baroda and Colbinstown Studs at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale.  This year’s sale takes place 4th-6th October and the catalogue can be viewed online.
