Hector Loza Wins 157th Book 1 Bonus and Earns £38,322

Hector Loza Winning at Chelmsford

The Simon Dow-trained HECTOR LOZA became the 157th winner of a Tattersalls October £25,000 Book 1 Bonus when taking out the Hills Prospect Champagne & Prosecco Novice Stakes at Chelmsford City racecourse.  The son of KODIAC was purchased by his owner Robert Moss at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale for 55,000 guineas and earned a total of £38,322 on only the second time of asking.

Consigned by The Castlebridge Consignment at Book 1 of the Tattersalls October Yearling Sale, HECTOR LOZA is out of the unraced SHAMARDAL mare QUEEN SARRA, a daughter of the Group 3 Noblesse Stakes winner GRACE O’MALLEY and from the family of Group 1 Epsom Derby winner SIR PERCY.
