So Sharp Wins 148th Book 1 Bonus and Earns £37,610

The Archie Watson-trained SO SHARP won the EBF Fillies’ Novice Stakes at Newbury in taking fashion earning her owner, Sheikh Rashid Dalmook Al Maktoum, a £25,000 Tattersalls October Book 1 Bonus in the process.  The daughter of BATED BREATH earned a total of £37,610 made up from £5,110 in prize money, £7,500 from the Plus 10 Bonus and £25,000 from the Book 1 Bonus. 

The bay filly is out of the DUBAWI mare THELADYINQUESTION and is a half-sister to Listed performer NATE THE GREAT, from the family of Group 2 Mill Reef Stakes winner JAMES GARFIELD.  SO SHARP was sold at Book 1 of the October Yearling Sale by Norris Bloodstock for 140,000 guineas to Rabbah Bloodstock.
